Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins (or chicken breast)

  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • Cooked rice for serving and toppings!

Directions

  • Add everything into a slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken has cooked through.
  • Shred the chicken then serve over cooked rice and top with your favorite toppings
