
Spaghetti with Yellow Squash
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium sized yellow squash, cut into half moons
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2-1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 24 oz pasta sauce
Instructions
- Bing a large pot of water to a boil add the pasta in and cook according to the package instructions, drain and set to the side.
- To a large saute pan on the stove over medium heat add the oil, once hot add in the squash cook for 3-5 minutes flipping often. Add in the seasonings and pasta sauce stir well and let simmer for 5 more minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve over the cooked pasta and enjoy.

This is the first recipe I’ve tried from your videos since I had most ingredients on hand. I was able to make the pasta sauce using a can of tomato sauce. It was very flavorful and easy to make. Thank you!
