This is my personal testimonial for Boursin cheese. IT IS DELICIOUS! If you’ve never had it before, it’s kind of like a whipped cream cheese with garlic and herb flavor, but way better. I don’t even really know how to decribe it, but it is so dang good. When I saw creators making this pasta on TikTok, I knew I had to give it a try. This Boursin Cheese Pasta is creamy, flavorful, decadent, and one of the easiest recipes you can ever make.
Ingredients for Boursin Cheese Pasta
You only need a few ingredients to make one of the most delicious things that you’ll ever eat. You probably already have more of these things in your fridge, so just add Boursin cheese and cherry tomatoes to the list and you’re set.
I added broccoli to this dish to give it some extra nutrition, but you could definitely omit it if you’re not feeling like eating anything green, No judgement!
- Boursin Garlic and Fine Herb cheese (you can find this at any grocery store in the deli section– don’t sub this for anything because it really makes the recipe)
- cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- minced garlic
- ziti pasta (or any pasta)
- steamed broccoli (I used a frozen bag and microwave it)
How to Make Boursin Cheese Pasta
Did you see the baked feta pasta that was all over the internet a couple years ago? This pasta follows that same cooking method.
To make this pasta, add the cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and seasonings to a baking dish. You can use a 9×13 or other large baking dish. I love this pretty round one. Bake at 425℉ for about 18 minutes, or until the cherry tomatoes burst. Take that out of the oven, give it a good stir, and mash the tomatoes a bit. This will be your sauce.
Boil the pasta according to package directions and reserve a bit of pasta water. Add the pasta water to the baking dish with the cheese and tomatoes and stir it up. Adding pasta water will help create a rich and creamy sauce that sticks to your pasta, thanks to the starch in the pasta water.
Add in the cooked pasta and the steamed broccoli, combine and serve. You are truly going to love this one!
