Turkey Lettuce Wraps (PF Chang’s)

Savory ground turkey, crunchy veggies, and a zesty sauce all wrapped in crisp lettuce—these Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a quick, healthy dinner with big flavor and zero fuss.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey, or chicken
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 8 oz sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 head butter lettuce

Instructions 

  • Add the oil to a skillet, once it’s hot add the turkey cook it through. Now add in the ginger and garlic stir for 30 seconds. Now add the onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the chestnuts and sliced green onions.
  • Clean the lettuce and scoop a couple scoops of the chicken mixture in each wrap. Enjoy
