
Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients
- 10 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz white mushrooms, sliced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- To a larger pot add oil over medium heat. Once hot add in the mushrooms, bell pepper and onion let these vegetables saute for 5-8 minutes or until soft.
- To a pot of boiling water add pasta and cook according to package instructions drain and set to the side.
- Pour the pasta sauce and water into the softened vegetables let simmer for 10 minutes covered.
- Add the cooked pasta in with the sauce and vegetables serve and enjoy!

I tried this recipe and it was good I think I added to much sauce I was only making it for 2 people
