Bacon and Egg Crockpot Casserole

Hearty, cheesy, and hands-off—this Bacon & Egg Crockpot Casserole makes breakfast easy and delicious for a crowd or weekday prep.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • To a skillet over medium heat on the stove add the bacon and cook through. Remove to a plate lined with paper towel and set to the side.
  • To a large mixing bowl add the eggs, Bisquick, cheese, milk, cooked bacon, and seasonings. Whisk to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours or until the egg has set. Serve with your favorite toppings and Enjoy!

    On any of these recipes can you make them in your slow cooker the night before and then warm them in the morning to enjoy for breakfast? Is that how you do them?
