Classic Hashbrown Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Crispy hashbrowns, smoky bacon, and melty cheese come together in this classic breakfast casserole that’s hearty, comforting, and perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients 

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 30 oz bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • To a medium sized bowl add in the eggs, milk, and seasonings whisk to break the yolks. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray
  • Add hash browns into the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top of the hashbrowns with the bacon then pour the egg mixture over the top. Stir well to coat the hashbrowns in the egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle the top with the cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the center of the casserole is no longer jiggly and it has set. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
