Eclair No-Bake Cake

This eclair no-bake cake layers graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and chocolate glaze for a quick dessert that’s always a hit.

Ingredients 

  • 2 – 3.5 oz packages of instant french vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 – 8 oz container of whipped topping , or cool whip thawed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2.5 sleeves graham crackers
  • 16 oz container chocolate frosting

Instructions 

  • In a bowl mix together the pudding mix, milk, and cool whip
  • Add a layer of graham crackers to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish it is okay if the crackers overlap
  • Spread half of the pudding mix on the top of the crackers layer another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mix then the last of the pudding mix. Top with the last layer of graham crackers refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Microwave the chocolate frosting until melty. Pour the frosting over the top of the graham crackers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy

    I am so surprised that this has no reviews! This is so simply and was amazing! I made it in a 9×12 pan and it was gone as soon as I brought it out! And my husband keeps asking me to make more! So yummy!!
