How to Make Italian Ground Beef
This is one of those meals that takes zero brain cells to make. At the end of the day, sometimes I feel like I can’t process any more information. So I need something super simple to make.
To make this meal, cook the ground beef in a large skillet. Break it up with a spatula (or use this meat chopper) and cook until it is about 90% of the way done. Remove any excess grease from the pan by blotting it with a paper towel (my mom taught me that trick).
Add the seasoning and garlic to the pan and let that cook together for a minute before adding the veggies, tomato paste, and beef broth. Put the lid on the skillet and simmer for 5-8 minutes. You can serve this with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. That’s it! Hopefully this meal comes in clutch for you when you’re on your last brain cell 🙂
