How to store leftover slow cooker pork chops:

Fridge: Put the leftover pork into an airtight container and then put the pork into the fridge for up to 5 days.

Freezer: Turn this into a freezer meal by combining everything except the corn starch and water in a large freezer-safe bag. Place pork in the freezer for up to 3 months and pull it out when you need delicious slow cooker meals. Then let it thaw and add in the cornstarch slurry.

Tips and tricks for making juicy pork chops:

Easy Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops

Pork to use:

For the best results, I like to use boneless pork chops, but you could use bone-in pork chops. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time on the pork chops and watch the internal temperature for doneness.

Rice to make:

Serve this scrumptiously juicy pork over a bed of rice. Keep it simple by using either white or brown rice. But you could also make coconut rice, and it would be fantastic!

Pork toppings:

  • Chopped green onion
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Extra sauce from the pan
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Red pepper flakes
