2 large chicken breasts
9 smaller red potatoes, diced
12oz frozen or fresh green beans (Not canned)
1 lemon, juiced (Fresh)
2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
- In the slow cooker, add in the chicken breast and on one side add in the potatoes and the other side for green beans. Pour the marinade over it all.
- Cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours or until chicken cooked completely! Enjoy
- Use fresh lemon juice, not the bottled lemon juice.
