Meatballs

This simple meatball recipe is the only meatball recipe that you’ll ever need. It’s so delicious that my family always begs me to make this for family dinners.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together. Roll the meatballs into golf ball-sized rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins. Serve over cooked pasta with your favorite pasta sauce. Enjoy!
