Ingredients
1 large english cucumber, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
3 avocados, diced
1-2 ears of corn, cut the corn off the cob
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil
Directions
- To a large bowl add all of the ingredients stir well and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.
