4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 lemon juiced
3 tbs brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
8 tbs butter, sliced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the blueberries to a large bowl, add in the lemon juice, and brown sugar mix well to dissolve the brown sugar.
- Grease a large baking dish with non-stick spray then add the blueberry mixture in there, evenly place the cake mix over the blueberry mixture top with slices of butter. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the cake mix is golden and everything is bubbly. We like eating this crumble with vanilla ice cream!
