  • Meat: use a lean ground turkey
  • Vegetable: make sure to have diced yellow onion
  • Frozen Vegetables: use any frozen vegetables
  • Seasonings: this recipe needs minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder
  • Hashbrowns: use frozen shredded hash browns
  • Soup: use canned cream of mushroom soup
  • Milk: I enjoy using whole milk for this easy recipe
  • Cheese: use shredded cheddar cheese for the top fo the casserole

How to make Cheeseburger Hash Brown Casserole:

Prepare the dry hash browns according to the package instructions.

To a large skillet over medium heat add in the onion and ground turkey, break the turkey up and cook it through.

Once cooked, add in the minced garlic and let it cook for 15 seconds.

Cover with a lid and let simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
