My Pro TipS

Tips and Tricks

  • Don’t overcook the noodles – slightly firm noodles hold up best when tossed with sauce.
  • Keep the heat medium-high so the veggies get that nice stir-fry char.
  • Add more soy sauce or water as needed if you prefer extra saucy noodles.

Recipe FAQs – Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Can I use fresh vegetables?

Yes, any combination of bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots works well.

Can I make it spicy?

Definitely! Add chili garlic sauce, sriracha, or red pepper flakes to taste.

Can I double the recipe?

Yes, but use a larger skillet or wok so the noodles and veggies stir evenly.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this stir fry on its own or with egg rolls, potstickers, or a fresh side salad. It’s great hot or cold, making it perfect for lunch meal prep.

Make-Ahead, Storage & Reheating

  2. John says:

Wow this turned out great, was looking for something mild and easy but still tasty and this far exceeded expectations! Very tasty without any work at all – thanks Julia!

  3. Amanda says:

We just had your tamali casserole last night and it was super filling! I was worried it wouldn’t be enough for my hubby and I, but my dad ALSO showed up lol. Ended up being plenty, with enough leftovers for 2 lunches. I admit, I had several things on-hand that were “spanish meal themed”, such as chips, queso cheese, quacamole dip, etc. and we added a few of those things, but it WAS great with just the tomatoes I added! Tonight, I’m going with the Ramen stir-fry, but I HAVE to add some can chicken, since my hubby is very much a meat eater and he’ll feel “deprived”. I’m sure it’s great without it, but I’m going to sauté some with the vegetables and he’ll have to suck it up lol. Thanks a bunch for your YouTube channel! You have no clue the weight lifted from my shoulders, knowing that we can eat home cooked meals for a fraction of what we tend to spend on groceries, everything skyrocketing in the store. AND, your meals are based on the “easy factor” as well. I have chronic fatigue due to MS and don’t cook often because of the cleanup. It’s draining just to cook involved meals, but then have to clean the dishes as well, it’s too much. I could wait until the next day, but I wouldn’t be able to until after work, which I have to do that too. By the time I get home, I’m too exhausted to worry with it. Your meals use very few dishes to wash & ingredients to buy, plus they’re super flavorful which will help us not to feel too deprived. Thanks again!!
