Tips and tricks for making boneless chicken thighs:
What cut of chicken to use?
We enjoy this recipe with boneless chicken thighs, but if you prefer, you can always use it with chicken breasts or bone-in chicken thighs. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time based on the size of your chicken thighs and chicken breasts.
Can I bake this in the oven?
Yes! If you prefer to turn this into an oven-baked chicken thighs recipe, place the chicken into a casserole dish and continue to add the cooking liquid and then sprinkle on the seasonings.
Allow the chicken to bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until you get an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
To be sure the chicken is cooked all the way through, use a meat thermometer to check its temperature.
