Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
3 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 red onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)
2 tbsp lime juice
corn or flour tortillas
- Toppings (optional)
cheese, cilantro, diced avocado
Directions
- Set the oven to broil.
- Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
- To a large bowl add the steak, oil, peppers, onion, seasoning, and lime juice. Stir to coat. Place the mixture on the sheet pan and spread out evenly.
- Broil for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss everything around. Place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
- Serve alongside warm tortillas and top with your favorite fajita toppings. Enjoy!
