Flavorful, juicy steak and seasoned vegetables are topped with your favorite toppings and wrapped in warm tortillas. Make this Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas for a delicious and simple meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1 red onion, sliced thin

  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • corn or flour tortillas

  • Toppings (optional)
  • cheese, cilantro, diced avocado

Directions

  • Set the oven to broil.
  • Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • To a large bowl add the steak, oil, peppers, onion, seasoning, and lime juice. Stir to coat. Place the mixture on the sheet pan and spread out evenly.
  • Broil for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss everything around. Place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve alongside warm tortillas and top with your favorite fajita toppings. Enjoy!

  1. Hi Julia,
The video is different than the recipe description. Could you clarify if you roast the peppers first then the steak or all together? Thanks!
