Sheet Pan Steak FajitasCourse: MainCuisine: MexicanDifficulty: Easy
1 1/2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
3 tbs olive oil
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 red onion, sliced thin
2 tbs fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)
2 tbs lime juice
- Optional Fajita Toppings (for the end)
Flour OR corn tortillas, Cheese, Cilantro, Avocado and more!
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
- To a large bowl add the steak, oil, peppers, onion, seasoning, and lime juice stir to coast. Place mixture on the sheet pan and spread out evenly. Place in the oven and broil for 8 minutes then remove from the oven and toss everything around, place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes or until your steak is to the way you like it to be.
- Top with your favorite fajita toppings and enjoy!
