With crunchy fresh veggies and zesty Italian dressing, California Spaghetti Salad is sunny and bright, just like its namesake.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles, broken into smaller pieces

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 medium zucchini, diced

  • 1 red onion, diced

  • 2.25 oz black olives, sliced

  • Dressing
  • 16oz Italian dressing

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and place drained pasta into a large bowl.
  • To a small bowl add the Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Whisk well. Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir to combine.
  • Add the chopped veggies to the bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for at least one hour. Enjoy!

I am making this as I type and can not wait to try it. I am adding air fried chicken to it. I have made a lot of your recipes and never had a fail yet. This one sounds so good on a hot summer day!
