California Spaghetti Salad

With crunchy fresh veggies and zesty Italian dressing, California Spaghetti Salad is sunny and bright, just like its namesake.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles, broken into smaller pieces
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2.25 oz black olives, sliced

Dressing

  • 16 oz Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and place drained pasta into a large bowl.
  • To a small bowl add the Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Whisk well. Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir to combine.
  • Add the chopped veggies to the bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for at least one hour. Enjoy!
