
California Spaghetti Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles, broken into smaller pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2.25 oz black olives, sliced
Dressing
- 16 oz Italian dressing
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and place drained pasta into a large bowl.
- To a small bowl add the Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Whisk well. Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir to combine.
- Add the chopped veggies to the bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for at least one hour. Enjoy!

I am making this as I type and can not wait to try it. I am adding air fried chicken to it. I have made a lot of your recipes and never had a fail yet. This one sounds so good on a hot summer day!
