Chicken Noodle Pasta – Slow Cooker

This chicken noodle pasta is a simple, hearty dish made with tender noodles, juicy chicken, and a light, savory sauce—perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients 

  • 3 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 – 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup, or any cream of soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 ¾ cups chicken broth
  • 9 oz uncooked egg noodles

Instructions 

  • To a large slow cooker, add in the chicken, cream of chicken soup, seasonings, and chicken broth. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the chicken has cooked through.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken to a plate and shred with two forks. Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker. Stir in the egg noodles and stir. Cook on HIGH for 35 more minutes or until the egg noodles are tender. Enjoy!

    Decent flavor. Suggest cutting back at least half on the pepper: the pepper made our toungues burn. We ate with a side of green beans.
