Easy Sheet Pan Roasted Green Beans recipe is one of the easiest sides you can make that are healthy and have tons of flavor made out of simple seasonings.
Roasted green beans is one of my favorite ways to make a pound of green beans. You can roast green beans while you are working on the main dish and they are out of the way.
With this easy side dish recipe you will get the best roasted green beans and a great side to serve with any dinner entree.

Ingredients for the Easy Sheet Pan Roasted Green Beans:
- Beans: use fresh green beans that have been trimmed for the best results
- Oil: you will need to use olive oil to get that perfectly crisp outside
- Seasonings: be sure to use kosher salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika
- Cheese: using Parmesan cheese is optional but makes for the best green beans
How to make the Easy Sheet Pan Roasted Green Beans:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and trim your green beans, and pat them dry.
Place your green beans on a greased sheet pan or line your pan with parchment paper or foil.
Into a large bowl add your green beans, oil, and seasonings and stir to coat.
Place the green beans on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes remove from the oven and flip. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese over the top at the end and serve.
How to store leftovers from this healthy side dish:
Fridge: Put the leftover cooked green beans into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days for the best results.
Tips and tricks for making this green bean recipe:
Fresh or frozen green beans:
For the best results, I like to use fresh green beans, but you can use frozen beans as well. You will just want to pat them down with a paper towel as much as possible to remove excess moisture and avoid having mushy green beans.

- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Wash and trim your green beans, pat them dry.
