
Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz dry rotini pasta
- 1 english cucumber, diced
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed into small pieces
- 10 slices of salami, cut into strips
- ¼ cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ¾ cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- To a large pot of boiling water on the stove add the pasta and cook according to the box instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool down.
- Add the pasta to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy!
