
Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini diced
- ½ red onion diced
- 3 large carrots diced
- 1 large head broccoli chopped
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 3 tbs olive oil
- ½ tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper place the entire vegetable mixture on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until your vegetables are tender.
