
Avocado Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- ¼ cup sliced fresh basil
- ½ large large red onion , diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- On a cutting board cut the kernels off each of the ears of corn.
- In a large bowl add all of the ingredients in stir everything together, chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
