This is your new favorite burrito bowl! This recipe was inspired by Chipotle’s burrito bowls, and in my opinion, these homemade slow cooker bowls are just better. Toss everything into the slow cooker and forget about it until dinnertime—so easy and delicious! I love to serve these with Baked Loaded Queso, Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Rice, or your favorite Mexican side dishes.

Step 1. To a slow cooker add all of the ingredients except the “toppings for the end”.
Step 2. Stir and place the lid on top cook on LOW for 6 hours OR HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Step 3. Once cooked shred the chicken with two forks and serve in a bowl with your favorite burrito bowl toppings.
