Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowls

1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 lime juiced
10 oz can Rotel
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can corn, drained
2 tbs minced garlic
1 red onion, diced
- Optional toppings for the end:
Cooked white rice
Sliced lettuce
Avocado
Diced tomato
Directions
- To a slow cooker add all of the ingredients except the “toppings for the end”. Stir and place the lid on top cook on LOW for 6 hours OR HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked. Once cooked shred the chicken with two forks and serve in a bowl with your favorite burrito bowl toppings.
