Why you’ll love this recipe…

What I love most about this recipe is that it gives life to ground turkey, when often it is often avoided, because this recipe is so tasty!  Plus, there are a few other reasons you’ll enjoy this recipe:

  1. Healthy dinner recipe
  2. Simple and fresh ingredients
  3. Budget friendly
  4. The bowl is bursting with flavor
  5. No dry turkey

This recipe in itself is very filling! But, if you want more options with dinner, I’d suggest either the chickpea antipasto salad or slow-cooked baked potato, and finish dinner with a light dessert like my red, white, and blue cheesecake fruit salad.

Key Ingredients:

Sweet & Spicy Turkey and Broccoli Bowl Recipe ingredients on a white counter with Minute white rice
  • Protein: True to the name, I use ground turkey in this recipe; any percentage will do, and it will cook up perfectly in the sweet and spicy sauce.
  • Sriracha: Sriracha is the flavor powderhouse in this recipe. It will add spice, but will balance wonderfully with the honey and soy sauce in the homemade sauce.
