Stuffed Sheet Pan Bell Peppers

Colorful bell peppers stuffed with a hearty mix of meat, rice, and seasoning—all roasted together on one easy sheet pan.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 bell peppers, any color
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • To a skillet add the ground beef cook through, drain the grease add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese stir to melt the cheese
  • Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and the insides of the peppers.
  • Place the bell peppers on a sheet pan then evenly scoop the ground beef mixture in each of the bell peppers sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Enjoy

    If people watched the video she says 400 degrees to bake them at and if you want to add cooked rice mix it in with the meat mixture.
