What are sheet pan dinners?

Sheet pan recipes are ones where you can combine everything from protein to vegetables all onto one sheet pan and bake it in the oven, generally for 30-45 minutes.

With these recipes, you only need to commit to prepping the ingredients, and then you can let the oven do the heavy lifting for the rest of the meal.

Do I need to make the recipes exactly as written?

No! If you want to add or take anything out of these recipes to make them suit your family, you are more than able to do that. That is another great thing about these easy dinner recipes.

Easy clean up:

To make these easy recipes even better, make sure to line the pans with either parchment paper or aluminum foil to make cleaning up dinner even easier.

Turn these into freezer meals:

Most of these recipes can easily be prepped and then use a freezer bag holder to dump everything into large freezer bags to make for later.

Just place them in the freezer with the date and name of the recipes, and you can grab them for a simple dinner to make another busy weeknight up to 3 months later.
